2. Course Enrollment and Participation

  • Enrolling in our spiritual growth courses creates a binding agreement subject to our cancellation terms.

  • We reserve the right to decline enrollment in cases of incomplete information or disruption to the learning process.
  • Use of our spiritual development platforms and materials must comply with our usage guidelines.

3. Quality and Scope of Services

  • We commit to delivering high-quality spiritual growth courses with certified consciousness development teachers.
  • The scope and deliverables of each spiritual program are defined in the respective course agreements.
  • We reserve the right to make organizational changes as long as they do not compromise the fundamental spiritual development objectives.
  • Participants are responsible for actively engaging in courses and implementing learned consciousness practices.

4. Payments and Course Terms

  • Payment for spiritual growth courses is required according to the agreed payment schedule for each program.
  • Refunds are provided only in specific circumstances as detailed in our refund policy below.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) incur a processing fee of 50% of the session cost.
  • No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full session fee.

5. Refund Policy

At InnerPathLead, we are committed to participant satisfaction and transformational excellence. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Initial Spiritual Journey Period: Participants may request a full refund within 14 days of their first course session if they are not satisfied with our spiritual development approach or consciousness methodology.
  • Courses in Progress: For ongoing spiritual programs where sessions have begun but the course is not yet completed, we may offer a partial refund less the value of sessions completed and administrative expenses.
  • Completed Courses: Once a spiritual program has been completed as outlined in the course agreement, refunds are generally not available unless there is a substantial failure to deliver agreed-upon consciousness development content.
  • Retreat Packages: For multi-day spiritual retreats and intensive programs, refunds will be calculated based on the number of sessions remaining, minus a 20% administrative fee.
  • Subscription Services: For ongoing spiritual mentorship and consciousness development subscriptions, participants may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Refunds for unused portions will be processed within the billing cycle.
  • Spiritual Coaching Programs: Individual consciousness coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the session fee.
  • Digital Content Access: Access to spiritual learning materials, recorded sessions, and consciousness development resources is non-refundable once downloaded or viewed.
  • Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@InnerPathLead.com with detailed reasons for the request and supporting documentation.
  • Timeline: Refund requests are processed within 10 business days, with approved refunds issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that spiritual growth journeys can be deeply personal. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other significant life circumstances, we may consider special refund arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

We evaluate each refund request individually, considering the specific circumstances, spiritual progress, and our ability to provide alternative solutions to address participant concerns while honoring the transformational nature of our work.

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

  • We handle all personal data and spiritual development information according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Participants agree not to share confidential information from courses without authorization.
  • Recording of spiritual sessions or sharing access credentials is prohibited without written permission.
  • All spiritual insights and personal sharing within courses are to be held in sacred confidence.

7. Spiritual Practice and Responsibility

  • Participants acknowledge that spiritual growth is a personal journey requiring individual commitment and practice.
  • InnerPathLead provides guidance and tools, but participants are responsible for their own spiritual development and life decisions.
  • Our courses are educational and transformational in nature, not medical or therapeutic treatments.
  • Participants should consult healthcare professionals for medical or mental health concerns.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, particularly in response to legal changes or service improvements.
  • Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days before implementation.
  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Final Provisions

  • Swiss law applies exclusively to these terms and conditions.
  • Zürich, Switzerland is the jurisdiction for any disputes arising from our services.
  • If individual provisions become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
